This is so true: Setting the mentality and expectation that love happens when you stop looking only sets you up to not meet anyone. No prince charming. No princesses. If you give up, you get exactly what you would from every area of your life, nothing.

I would further add: Even when you do go looking, you wont necessarily get lucky in the end but what you will get is the satisfaction of knowing you definitely TRIED everything you could think of, and that’s all anyone can do in any area of life… so be proud of that.
