A poem of secrecy

That thing you’re
scared of mentioning
is coming home,

A satchel
stuffing secret
wrapped for you
alone.

It’s best to rip your
package open,
Quickly in this life.

What first
looks serious
can end up light.

What grief
once overwhelmed
can make you smile.
